Rogersville food store closing at end of May

ROGERSVILLE — After 14 years of serving shoppers in Rogersville, United Grocery Outlet is closing. A spoksesperson for the company told the Review that the closing, effective at the end of May, is because UGO was “unable to satisfy an agreeable lease term” with its landlord. “We thank you for being a loyal customer for the past 14 years,” the spokesperson said. UGO operates stores in New Tazewell, Greeneville, and — as of June, 2019 — a new store in Johnson City.
