SURGOINSVILLE — First Community Bank of East Tennessee cordially invites the community to the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration of the new Surgoinsville branch on Friday, April 5, 2019.

Located at 290 Bellamy Avenue, the fully-renovated facility opened its doors to customers on Monday, January 14, 2019.

“We’ve been anxiously awaiting milder weather to officially invite the public to come see the transformation of this new location,” said Steve Waller, FCB Hawkins Co. Regional President. “We may still see some rain, but at least the temperature is finally rising. We hope all of our customers and friends will join us for this special day of festivities.”

The Surgoinsville branch offers a full range of products and services as well as safe deposit boxes, a drive-thru teller window, and a drive-up ATM. Waller is serving as the acting branch manager of the Surgoinsville location with Surgoinsville native Marc Borghetti serving as assistant branch manager. The other Surgoinsville team members are Hawkins County residents Angie Burr and Hannah Barrett.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at noon to be followed by an open house until 2 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
