A new insurance provider is now open for business in Hawkins County.
Robin Bond, of Bond Insurance Agency, told the Review that she worked in the field for almost 17 years before taking a short break.
“But I continued helping friends and family, as needed, when it pertained to insurance,” she said. “Earlier this summer, I decided it was time to open my own insurance agency.”
Robin said that starting her own business from “scratch” is hard work and involves long hours, but added that its worth it because she enjoys helping others.
“The best part is that most of the clients I write coverage for also become friends!” she said.
The agency officially opened on Oct. 1, 2018.
“I am an Independent Agent representing many companies, but with my top company being Erie Insurance. I am now, officially, the Erie Agent for Hawkins County.”
Located at 298 Clemon Road, Whitesburg, Robin said that her “normal” business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
“But I have accommodated many after hours and/or on weekends, and I want my clients to know that they have an agent working for them and with them!” she said.
Robin says she can help with almost any insurance needs, including home, auto, life, renters, vacation home, landlord, mobile home, motorcycle, recreational vehicles, boat, cancer, accident, heart attack/stroke and more.
