Possession, Other Charges: Joseph Charles Sandine, 43, of 147 Glendale Dr., Church Hill, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II (Methamphetamine), possession of schedule IV (Clonazepam), possession of schedule III (Buprenorphine Hydrocloride), evading arrest by foot, and driving on revoked license, Dep.
