Possession, Other Charges: Kelley Lane Byington, 63, of 106 Goodson Sr., Surgoinsville, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule IV with intent to deliver, possession of legend drugs, possession of firearm during commission of a felony, casual exchange, and stop sign violation, Cpl.
