Junior Miracle, age 63, of Rogersville, was born September 10, 1945 and went home to be with our Lord June 14, 2009.
He served our country during the Vietnam War. Junior's professed faith was Primitive Baptist. He leaves behind a wealth of well-loved in-laws and close friends, the Carpenter Family, who was like family to him and many others.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dewey Miracle; nephews, Brian Singleton, Roger Singleton, Christopher Collingsworth, Ernie Whitaker.
Survivors include his mother, Elsie Miracle; wife of 41 years, Debbie Miracle; daughters, Regina Davis and
Loretta Young; grandchildren, Robin Parker, Brittany Davis, Josh Miracle, Jamee Young, Anna Young, Austin Davis; grandson-in-law, Matthew Parker and expecting great-grandchild; siblings, Rachel Holt, Catherine O'Dell,
Birchel Miracle,m Rosie Collingsworth, Frances Coffey-Jones, Arlis Miracle; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He will be deeply missed in his passing, but will always be remembered by the many wonderful memories he left to everyone that was privileged to have ever known him. Till we meet again.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Reece Valley Chapel with Elder Mickey Wilson officiating. Music by Belinda Bolden. Burial will be in the Elydale Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers-Jonathan Miracle, Jason Miracle, Steve Singleton, Travis Singleton, John Whitaker, Matthew Parker, Matt Singleton and Lester Carpenter. Honorary Pallbearers-Josh Miracle and Leslie Carpenter.
