William "Bill" Mullins, age 62, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. He attended Smyrna Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Ann Mullins and his grandparents.
    He is survived by his wife, Ann Mullins of the home; children, Katy Seib and husband George of Atlanta, Jessica Berndt and husband Ben, Derek Mullins all of Rogersville; grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Zoe; sister, Sherryl Livesay and husband Wayne of Rogersville; several nieces and nephews.
    The family will receive friends 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2009, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bryan Thurman officiating.
