Season’s Greetings from my house to yours! I pray God’s blessings on you and your families as we draw closer to this Glorious time of year. I love you one and all!
There are a lot of people who are sick in the home and hospitals. Families who have lost loved ones this time of year. Keep them in your prayers. There is a lot of lonely people who are troubled for one reason or another. Remember them. I always need your prayers.

FESTIVE CHEESE BALL
2-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. block Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, drained, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Beat cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer; add Cheddar, beat just until blended. Mix in remaining ingredients except walnuts and crackers. Place mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a ball; chill thoroughly. Roll in chopped walnuts and serve with crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
TIP: Shredding your own cheese instead of using pre-shredded cheese binds the cheese ball and creates a creamier texture.
COMET’S WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUNCH
7-cups mini pretzels
5-cups doughnut shaped oat cereal
5-cups bite-size crispy corn cereal squares
12-oz. can peanuts
12.60-oz. pkg. candy-coated chocolates
2-12-oz. pkgs. White chocolate chips
3 tbsp. oil
Combine first 5 ingredients in a very large bowl; set aside. Melt chocolate chips with oil in a double boiler; stir often until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well. Spread mixture equally onto 3 wax paper-lined baking sheets; allow to cool. Break into bite-size pieces; store in airtight containers. Makes 6 ¼ quarts.
A favorite of children and reindeer everywhere!
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Very small amount of garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bunch celery
Mix all the ingredients together except celery. Set aside. Wash and peel celery, dry it good. Cut each stalk in 3-4 pieces and stuff. Stuffing is better if made the day before stuffing. YUMMY!
