Hey, y’all! I hope all is well in your corner of the world! My corner has been the same as usual! I am wonderfully well for the shape I am in!

You all know that I love to be funny!

I just can’t help myself. It doesn’t matter what happens I have to laugh my way through the day to keep my sanity.

I get one thing sort of taken care of and something else goes wrong on my body.

Now it is my right knee trying to pop and give way and my left shoulder has been about to kill me.

I told this in my column several years ago about our bodies being like our car.

It still remains true today.

We get our knocks, bangs, dents, etc. and every time we cough or sneeze either our radiator leaks or our exhaust pipe backfires.

I will take the Fifth on this, (giggle).

It is so true for me every day I live.

I’m sure you all can say the same for yourselves. My Drivers Ed. Teacher told us in the car as we were driving one day.

All we have to do is live, die and pay taxes! It is the truth. We are always beholding to somebody.

I just hope and pray that all of you are ready to go.

We had revival at our church the 21st through the 28th with father and son team preaching.

We were blessed to have Rev. Scott Bradley and his son, Rev. Ethan Bradley.

The Spirit was all over the place.

They preached their hearts out.

The truth came out of both of them in a great and mighty way.

We were so blessed to have them in our church.

Brother Ray is doing a marvelous job preaching and pastoring our church.

We are so blessed to have him and his family and that The Lord is adding to our church.

I am thankful for every day I have on this planet we call Earth.

I have been so blessed in more ways than I can count.

You all have been such a blessing to me just knowing you are out there.

I am pleased that I got a call from Myrna Searcy, inviting me back to speak and sing for the Retired Teachers of Hawkins County.

It is Tuesday September 13 at noon.

Come on out for some fun.

A preacher was pulled over by the law. He was stopped for erratic driving.

The officer said, Reverend have you been drinking. He said, officer, I’m just drinking water.

The officer replied, then why do I smell wine.

The Reverend said, Good Lord he’s done it again! Draw your on conclusion.

It seems as though every time I get tickled it is always in the wrong places that will come in another column in the near future.

You wouldn’t believe the things I have had happen to me or in my presence. You know what they say about laughter.

“And that’s the way I see it.”

May God richly bless each and every one of you this coming week! You are loved! Let’s see if we can find some salad recipes down in the old feedbag! Enjoy!
