ST. CLAIR – The United Methodist Women of the St. Clair United Methodist Church proudly announce the Rev. Dixie Miller as our speaker for the 2017 UMW Day Apart Service for the Morristown Cluster, on April 8.
Rev. Miller answered the call to ministry in 2001 and completed the Course of Study through the Appalachian Local Pastors School at Union College in Barbourville, KY., in May of 2013. Her first appointment was at Bales Chapel, where she served for 11 years and she also served as the administrative assistant to the Morristown District during that time.
Rev. Miller currently serves as pastor for the St. Clair and Talley’s Chapel United Methodist Churches. She and her husband Steve currently reside in Greeneville and are the proud parents of two sons, Lynn and Jason. They also are the proud grandparents of two granddaughters, Tabitha and Kinison. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, playing the piano, cooking and crafting.
Special Music will also be provided by Kelly Dickenson.
Registration for the Day Apart begins at 9:30 am and worship at 10 am. In case of inclement weather, registration will be at 12 noon and worship at 1 p.m.
